Caring for Cotton Clothing

Cotton is a natural fiber and a popular choice for baby and children's clothing because it's soft and breathable. To keep your cotton clothing looking great, follow these tips:

1) Wash cotton clothes in cold water to prevent shrinkage and preserve color.

  • 2) Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fibers.

  • 3) Dry cotton clothes on a low heat setting or hang them to air dry to avoid shrinkage.

  1. 4) Iron cotton clothing on a medium to high heat setting, but be sure to check the care label first.

Caring for Elastane Clothing

Elastane, also known as Spandex or Lycra, is a synthetic fiber that gives clothes stretch and flexibility. Here's how to care for your Elastane clothing:

  • 1) Wash Elastane clothes in cold water to prevent shrinkage and damage to the fibers.

  • 2) Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can weaken the fibers and cause them to lose their stretch.

  • 3) Dry Elastane clothes on a low heat setting or hang them to air dry to avoid damage to the fibers.

  • 4) Do not iron Elastane clothing as heat can damage the fibers and cause them to lose their stretch.

Polyester is a synthetic fiber that is durable and easy to care for. Here are some tips to keep your Polyester clothing in good condition:

  • 4) Iron Polyester clothing on a low to medium heat setting, but be sure to check the care label first.

General Tips

  • 1) Always check the care label before washing or drying clothes.

  • 2) Turn clothes inside out before washing to prevent damage to the fabric and color fading.

  • 3) Wash dark and light colors separately to prevent color bleeding.

  • 4) Do not overload the washing machine as it can damage the clothes and prevent proper cleaning.

  • 5) Store clothes in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and damage to the fabric.
