In the unlikely event of a sale or merger of Limonada or any of our businesses, our customers’ personal information and other information we have collected as described in this privacy policy may be among the transferred business assets.

Do you retain my information?
We will retain information about you only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as described to you, including for as long as your account is active (i.e., for the lifetime of your account), or as needed to provide you access to the Site. How do we protect kids’ privacy?
We are concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the internet. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information online from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
