While we do encourage all customers to create an online account for this, a pop up will appear when they enter the page.

Creating an account or logging into your account when placing your order has several benefits: It makes it easier for you to look up your past orders, allows you to create wish lists and manage your email preferences.


We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just bring or send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. Couple of things regarding apparel: You still have 30 days to mull it over, but labels need to be intact. And for socks and undies, packaging must be unopened. Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase. And sales for Accessories are final.

  • Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item within 10 business days.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
  • E-Gift cards are non-returnable.
